Our Sparkling Vintage Rosé Cider is made with only the freshest apples and blackcurrants that gives it it’s smooth rounded finish with a touch of baked apple and the aromatics of hedgerow fruits. Its wonderful bubbly effervescence gives this vintage cider the perfect finish.

Our Sparkling Vintage Cider is exquisitely hand crafted by Fowey Valley, Lostwithiel. Experts of their craft, this award-winning champagne style vintage cider is made using time-honoured skills and the most fresh and premium ingredients from their orchard. The apples are pressed and fermented twice; first in the barrel for a year, then once more with another year’s fermentation in the bottle which gives this cider it’s signature taste.
