Our Sparkling Vintage Cider is exquisitely hand crafted by Fowey Valley, Lostwithiel. Experts of their craft, this award-winning champagne style vintage cider is made using time-honoured skills and the most fresh, premium ingredients from their orchard that give this cider it's unique and delicious taste. The apples are pressed and fermented twice; first in the barrel for a year, then once more with another year’s fermentation in the bottle. Its wonderful bubbly effervescence gives this vintage cider the perfect finish.
