As a tribute to our iconic pineapple pits, this complex and fruity rum spirit is infused with pineapple juice and is then later aged with Cornish oak that has been soaked in Heligan Black Bee Honey. A true celebration of Cornish produce and horticulture.

Expertly crafted in collaboration with Trevethan Distillery, based in Southeast Cornwall. This smooth golden rum is crafted using traditional fermentation and distillation techniques and has hints of tropical fruit, vanilla, oak and the silky texture and sweetness of black bee honey.
