Gooseberry & Cornish Gin Jam

Sweet locally-sourced gooseberries delicately laced with the junipers from Cornish gin and elderflower cordial. A delightfully lively jam with a crisp, refreshing edge that brings a bright spirit-infused life to teatime. For a seasonal twist, dollop on your cream tea. Jam first.
