These traditional gingerbread biscuits are rich, spiced, and wonderfully moreish. With their golden crunch and comforting they are perfect with a pot of Heligan Breakfast Tea or shared as a sweet treat after a long day getting lost in nature.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, Sugar, Butter (MILK), partially inverted sugar syrup, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed, water, salt, natural flavouring), Rice Flour, Raising Agents: (Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate) Rusk, (WHEAT Flour Spices [Ginger, Cinnamon, Coriander, Pimento]), Salt, Natural Lemon Flavouring.
