Cornish Traditional Gingerbread

Delicious gingerbread biscuits, made in Cornwall using a traditional recipe. 

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, butter (MILK), partially inverted sugar syrup, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed, water, salt, natural flavouring), Rcie Flour, raising agents: (Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate) Rusk, (WHEAT flour spices (ginger, cinnamon, coriander, pimento)), salt, natural lemon flavouring. 

Not suitable for nut and sesame allergy sufferers: may also contain milk, mustard, peanut, soya and other gluten sources (oat, spelt, rye, barley).
