Cornish Apple Balsamic Vinegar 500ml

A modern Cornish take on the culinary classic - a balsamic vinegar using the must from reduced apples instead of grapes. 

Aromas of apple and caramel with a sweet and sour flavour, a bit of umami with a light cidery hit at the end. 

Use a few drops on hard cheese or strawberries. Combine with our Sicilian Olive Oil makes a great dressing or bread dip.
