Blackcurrant, Chestnut & Whisky Jam

Deep, dark hedgerow blackberries blended with earthily sweet chestnuts and a generous splash of oaky malt. Richly complex and comforting, this is a dark sophisticated preserve made for crisp winter mornings. Enjoy with seasonal patés, terrines and toasted rye bread.
